Please read these Terms of Service carefully before applying for or using the Betconcierge.io membership. By submitting a membership application or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Betconcierge.io is a private, invitation-based affiliate membership service. We act as an intermediary between affiliate marketers and licensed online casino operators. Our role is to:
We are an affiliate membership service only. We do not operate, own, or hold any gambling licence in connection with any casino. We do not handle player funds, accept wagers, or operate gambling games.

To be eligible for a Betconcierge.io membership, you must:
Residents of the United States, France, and any jurisdiction that prohibits gambling affiliate activity are not eligible for membership. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal requirements before applying.

Membership is granted at our sole discretion following a review of your application. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. We reserve the right to:
Upon approval, you will receive access to the member portal and be assigned a personal concierge. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or otherwise transfer your membership or login credentials to any third party.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at security@betconcierge.io if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Deals made available through Betconcierge.io are subject to the following:
Past earnings or deal terms achieved by other Members are not a guarantee of future performance. Revenue share outcomes depend entirely on your traffic quality, volume, and player behaviour.

Betconcierge.io membership is currently provided at no direct cost to Members. We earn revenue through commercial arrangements with Partner Casinos.
We reserve the right to introduce membership fees in the future, with no less than 30 days' advance written notice to existing Members. Existing Members will have the option to cancel without penalty before any fee takes effect.
All payments from Partner Casinos to Members are made directly by the Partner Casino according to their own payment schedules. Betconcierge.io does not process, hold, or transmit affiliate commission payments on behalf of Members.

All content on the Betconcierge.io platform — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, deal data, and software — is the exclusive property of Betconcierge Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal affiliate business purposes as a Member. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betconcierge Ltd shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Betconcierge Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your membership. Either party may terminate membership at any time.
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing support@betconcierge.io. Cancellation takes effect within 5 business days. Termination does not affect any obligations you have to Partner Casinos under active affiliate agreements.
We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately, without prior notice, if:
Upon termination, your access to the Platform and all Member benefits ceases. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

Betconcierge.io is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. As a Member and affiliate, you are required to:
Gambling can be addictive. If you or someone you know is experiencing gambling-related harm, please contact the National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133 (UK) or visit begambleaware.org. Similar services exist in all major markets.
Failure to adhere to responsible gambling standards is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of membership.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) before pursuing litigation.
Subject to the above, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For Members resident in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence or to use applicable EU consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry standards. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your membership before they take effect.
